Project Briefing

A Project Briefing of the iSchools Project Phase 2 was held at DAPCC in Tagaytay on July 23-26, 2007. Twenty-five (25) SUCs attended the briefing and were assigned public high schools as beneficiaries of the project. Only two (2) SUCs from Region V attended the briefing – Bicol University (BU) and the Sorsogon State College (SSC). In the Bicol Region, twenty-two (22) public high schools were listed as prospective beneficiaries of the project. These public high schools were geographically divided by BU and SSC – from Albay province and upwards to Camarines Norte for BU, including the island of Catanduanes, and Sorsogon down to Masbate for SSC. BU has a total of fourteen (14) public high schools under its wings and SSC has eight (8).
